What is new on the Timworks app?
We love, and we truly mean love picking our users’ brains on what you need from the Timworks app. We are building it to make your life easier, your client support - better than ever, and free up some time from manual tasks, so you can focus your energy on other important things (don’t worry, we won’t judge what you label as ‘important’).
Sky is the limit, and we proud ourselves in building an app that truly serves our users, exactly the way they want it to. So, without further ado here is what we have stepped our client support game with this time around…
Internal Comms Simplified
You can now create dedicated team channels for internal comms. Any team member with admins or manager user role can be added to team channels. Simply select the pin icon from the left hand side panel to have a view of all the internal channels. This way you can choose to only view conversations that you currently want to focus on, which reduces the overwhelm.
Create Client Organisation via Companies' House
We have made it much simpler to add new client organisations to the platform.
To auto create a client:
Go to the building icon from left hand side panel
Select "Create New"
Start typing the name of the registered client company
Select the your client from the drop down list
Double check the details
Hit Confirm
For better tracking and more control over invites, we have now removed the anonymous invite link generation feature.
