How do I report an issue? 😖


Before reporting an issue, we highly recommend troubleshooting a few things on your end.

Here are a few things you could try:

  • Refresh your app, follow this link to learn how

  • Log out of the system, by clicking on this link: https://app.timworks.com/api/auth/crm/logout and try to log back in

  • Can’t locate the OTP (One Time Passcode), please double check the spam folder and make sure that you are using the latest code emailed out to you. You might have a long thread of emails from no-reply@timworks.com with the subject line "Welcome to Timworks", please use the code from the email based on the time you requested it.


If you are still experiencing issues, we will share a list of things that are worth sharing with us when flagging them:

  • What do you expect the platform to do?

  • How is the issue preventing you from actioning the task on the platform?
