Get the Timworks app on your phone

Timworks is now available for everyone, whether they are your clients or part of your team. Make sure everyone is on it and spread the news within your firm.

Filter conversation for clients

You asked for it, you get it. You are now able to filter the conversation list to only show conversations for a given client. 

Here is how to activate the filter:

> Open the client tab

> Select a client

> Click "view conversations"

> Et voilà 

> Reset the filter by clicking the "x" when the filter is active

NB: the filter is available both on desktop and in the mobile app ⚡️

Better visibility on conversations

Managing hundreds of conversations can be tricky. We get that.

That is why we have made changes to the conversation list by adding:

> Larger client avatars

> Last message sender's name

> Client names

> Overview of the last message

> Time/date of the last message

Security and frictionless access

We take security extremely seriously. As you might have noticed, we have change our authentication to passwordless login. This guarantees higher level of security and allows for a frictionless experience for you and your clients.

Few points:

⚠️ On your on desktop, you will need to click the link in the same browser that you used to request the link.

⚠️ If you are using the Desktop app and need to log in again, you will need to log in your browser and download the web app again.
